Refund policy

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for store credit/exchange. You will receive store credit in the form of a gift card. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us at infobleutral@gmail.com for an address to ship your order back to. Return labels will not be provided. Once your return is received, you will receive a store credit for your order. Your store credit will be in the form of a gift card that can be used in store and online.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale items, bodysuits, jewelry, and accessories, are FINAL SALE

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Refunds will be for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY! Once we receive the items and inspect the garments we will send you a email with your store gift card.
